JudoMN Class Registration

At the Keishoukan Dojo the focus of training is on personal protection and professional use of force using time tested and proven strategies.

For those that choose to, we also employ modern sporting methods that provide an opportunity to train at full force against a resistive opponent in a safe and friendly environment

Morihei Ueshiba (The founder of Aikido) said:

Do not abandon the warrior arts of the past. Absorb venerable traditions of the old ways into this art by clothing them with fresh garments, and building on the classic styles to create better forms

Grappling (Judo / Wrestling) 8:45-9:30 PM (20:45-21:30)

7:00 to 9:30 is one integrated class. However, we realize not everyone can commit to or has an interest in training 21/2 hours a night. So we broke the class down into logical intervals.

The 12 week Intro – Operational Foundations class is required before any students are allowed into the other classes. All students are invited to return to and encouraged to continue with the Operational Foundations class to further refine fundamental skills.

After that, students are encouraged to come to as much or little as they like (or can handle)
